TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024
By (1) Benson Njuguna Gakindiru and (2) Esther Wangoi Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 1455-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Muthoni Gakindiru, who died on 18th May, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024
By Fred M. Wanyama, of P.O. Box 11, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akobet Nasaba Wanyama, who died on 21st October, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
