TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025
By John Kipsiele Chepkwonyi, of P.O. Box 12861, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Chebutkeroi alias Chepkwony A. Chepther, who died at Chepalungu, on 18th July, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By (1) Robert Kipkorir Chirchir and (2) Wilson Kipchirchir Rono, both of P.O. Box 128, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Barchog alias Kiprono A. Barchor, who died at Nyota, on 6th August, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
