CAUSE NO. E393 OF 2025
By Lucy Jemutai Chebet, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kiptoo Suter, who died at Lifecare Hospital Eldoret in Kenya, on 31st March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2025
By (1) Daniel Kimaiyo Ngososei and Edwin M. Maindy, both of P.O. Box 91- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahindi Kisorio, who died at Sugoi, Kapkong Sub- location, on 1st January, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E419 OF 2025
By Margaret Kemunto Getonto, of P.O. Box 32, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Omanwa, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
