TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025
By Evaline Naisiriria Masifua, of P.O. Box 1- 40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kitungat Masifa, who died on 9th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By (1) Koskey Benard Kiplangat, (2) Elijah Kipyegon Rono and (3) David Kipsang Ronoh, all of P.O. Box 116, Amalo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Chepkwony, who died at Ilmotiook Location, on 12th December, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
