By George David Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Amos Onyango alias Fredrick Onyango Owi, who died on 5th September, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E472 OF 2025
By (1) Francis Ochounyo Odera, (2) James Ondiege Rading and (3) George Otieno, all of P.O. Box 40610, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melitus Rading Odera, who died at Jina, on 9th April, 1997.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
