TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E458 OF 2025
By (1) Agnes Moruri and (2) James Maobe Nyatwanga, both of P.O. Box 792, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christiano Nyaivanga Nyatwanga, who died on 22nd August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By (1) Josephat Osiemo Onyancha and (2) Stella Maris Katunge, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maisiba Onyancha, who died at Matieko Sub- location, on 13th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Caroline Nyanchama Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 676- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyakundi Bosire, who died at Bogusero, on 21st July, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
