TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By John Mokaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogaka Ogeto, who died at Nyaguku, on 8th May, 1976.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Eliud Obeji Mokua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokua Maroko, who died at Nyakongo, on 3rd April, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
