TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2024
By Ezekiel Gwaro, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyeyna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwaro Obara, who died on 25th August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024
By Tabtha Oivbongi, of P.O. Box 100-40211, Kenyeyna in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombongi Kerongo, who died on 21st July, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2024
By Erick Nyandra Ondigi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogetutu Oroswa, who died in 1984.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Mellen Nyaboke Momanyi, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Momanyi Onyoni, who died on 27th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Asumari Omweno and (2) Joel Ogega Nyamani Omweno, both of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Kerubo Omweno, who died on 22nd October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
