TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2025
By (1) Jacinta Wambui Njonji and (2) Grace Yambura Kibe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga, who died at Kanjama, on 4th August, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By James Kimani Wamenju, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipora Waruguru Wamenju, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital Othaya Annex in Kenya, on 31st December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By John Muraguri Nyingi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Nyingi Maina, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
