TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Robert James Mbithi Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 740- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndambuki Mbingo alias Wambuku Mbingu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Juliana Mwangangi and (2) John Kennedy Nzyuko, both of P.O. Box 550- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mwangangi Muange, who died at Tala Nursing Home, on 7th July, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Agnes Mwikali Mutuku, of P.O. Box 16100- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mutuku Ngusya, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
