CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024
By Alex Kimorong Chemwotei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemwotei Chemaimak, who died at Sambocho Sub- location, on 28th February, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Geoffrey Juma Wanjala, of P.O. Box 40, Tongaren in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wanjala Sanja, who died at Lugulu, on 1st July, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Alphas Samita Wasike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfasi Wasike Macheusi, who died at Musembe Sub- location, on 23rd January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Alex Mukweyi Kasili, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kasili Kisiang’ani, who died at Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
