CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025
By Jane Beatrice Akinyi, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Bulali alias Bulali Anyanga, who died at Shibembe, on 3rd December, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2025
By Moses Odera Omulubi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulubi Oyindalo Khataka alias Omulubi Weindala Akhataka alias Wilson Omulubi Weindere, who died at Lunza, on 6th June, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2025
By Trufosa Amakobe Anzaya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Anzaya Ndonga alias Anzaya Ndong’a, who died at Lunzaikomero, on 1st February, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
