PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E433 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Shiundu Kweyu and (2) Antony Amukoya Kweyu, through Otieno & Achieng advocates of Mumias, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kweyu Kumaruti Mumia alias Kweyu Kumaruti, who died on 18th April, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Carlos Amukonyi Jairus, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs, Ooro Awana & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairus David Aura alias Jairo Aura, who died on 27th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
