TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Jepkorir Chumo, of P.O. Box 39- 20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebii Bondet alias Chebii Bonde, who died at Sigoro, on 15th August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025
By Isaac Kamau Muigai, of P.O. Box 10, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muigai Gichure, who died at Subukia, on 29th June, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2025
By Isaac Kipkogei Chepkurgor, of P.O. Box 128- 20105, Mogotio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Kaliiah alias Kipkoech Kalia, who died at Kiprota, on 15th June, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
