TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025
By (1) Barnaba Kipkocheh Chesiror and (2) Richard Kimeli Kangogo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui Chesiror, who died at Tambach Hospital in Kenya, on 26th September, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Joan Jemuge Kipkocheh, of P.O Box 423, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipkocheh Cheserek, who died at Kayoi, on 28th March, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Pheres Jemutai, of P.O. Box 76, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Komen, who died at Iten, on 28th June, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By James Kurui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barmao Chebaswony Chepkurui alias Chepkurui Chebaswony Barmao, who died at Kiptuolong, on 21st January, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
