PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E625 OF 2025
By (1) Regina Akinyi Odhiambo and (2) Charles Amolo Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 123, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Odhiambo Ongor, who died at Kokul, Magina, on 9th September, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E634 OF 2025
By Jane Akoth Olenye, of P.O. Box 12, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Olenye Gotho alias Olwenye Gutho, who died at Kamswa, on 2nd July, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
