TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Stephen Mwok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atodonyang Yarangiro, who died at Mediahel Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Ester Chepkasan Samwel alias Esther Chepkasan Samwel, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lokite Donger Nyangata, who died at Chapararia, on 25th August, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
