TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025
By Francis Nyoike Kamau, of P.O. Box 41- 10303, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Muthoni Kamau alias Muthoni Mburu, who died at Wachoro Sub- location, on 6th July, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025
By (1) Josphat Gachukia Mburu and (2) Zipporah Njambi Mburu, both of P.O. Box 13726- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angela Wanjiku Mburu, who died at Riagicheru, on 6th April, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
