TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Habili Kiura, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamica Njagi alias Kamicha Njagi, who died at Rukenya, on 27th February, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Virginia Wambura Njiru, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Ngari, who died at Kerugoya County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
