By Mohamed Jama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jama Shire, who died at Kimana Sub- location, on 12th August, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Kokoyei ole Ngida and (2) Stephenson Sadallah Korinko, both of P.O. Box 9, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngida ole Korinko, who died at Kimana Sub- location, on 16th February, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Elijah Matipei Saning’o, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parkinet ole Matipei alias Parkenetio ole Matipei, who died at Loitokitok, on 20th June, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
