TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By Florah Joyce Otwelo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuroka Kulundu, who died at Embali Sub Location, on 4th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By Charles Otieno Aswani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Silas Aswani alias Aswani Odero, who died at Emukola Sub- location, on 24th June, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
