CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Jacob Sitati Walia, of P.O. Box 42, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walia Mukuchu, who died at Tande, on 1st June, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Neria Bulimo Keya and (2) Luke Ndombi Keya, both of P.O. Box 159, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Keya Musimbi, who died at Mukhonje, on 22nd November, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By Winifleda Musolitsa, of P.O. Box 66, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phinias Mikuzu Kefa Esamula, who died at Masungutsa, on 11th October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
