TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By James Ogada Chek, of P.O. Box 2104- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouko Jomwuro alias Ouko Jomwuro, who died on 29th September, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By James Ogada Chek, of P.O. Box 2104- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Outh Chek alias Outh Chek Jomwuro alias Chik Jomwuro alias Chek Jomwuro, who died on 17th September, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
