TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Samson Kirwa Songok, of P.O. Box 88- 30303, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongok arap Kuto, who died at Kiptangus, on 31st January, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By John Lelei, of P.O. Box 91, Mosoriot in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Tongoi alias Annah Kobot Tongoi, who died at Kapsabet District Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
