TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E07 OF 2025
By (1) Margaret Wairimu Mburu, (2) Mary Waithira Mburu and (3) Veronica Wanjiku Ngaruiya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Wanjira Gitau, who died at Kirimiri Sub-location, on 6th August, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025
By (1) John Kamande Gichuhi and (2) Julius Mburu Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Njoroge Kamau, who died at Kambiti Sub-location, on 27th August, 1991.

By Agnes Njoki Wainaina, of P.O. Box 3, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kimani Mwangi, who died at Kamahuha, on 24th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
