TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 284 OF 2023
By Fatuma Masudi Ali, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masudi Ali Mohamed, who died on 3rd May, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025
By Ali Said Salimu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatma Bint Ali, who died on 20th March, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By Abdulkadir Mote Mohamed, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukiya Abdulrehman alias Rukia Mote Mohamed, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Sheikh Mahmoud Abdurahman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nath’Na Abdala Ali Said, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
