TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By (1) Pheroza Doshi and (2) Sharon Dastur, both of P.O. Box 307- 0606, Nairobi in Kenya, the executives named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. D. V. Kapila & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Adi Minoo Dastur, late of Nairobi, who died along Rhapta, St. Michael Roads, Nairobi, on 11th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Jane Wangari Kamau, of P.O. Box 53144- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. C. K. Nyoro & Co., for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muhia Kamau, late of Kiambu, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Sylvia Wangui Kariuki and (2) Derick Mbuchu, both of P.O. Box 61681- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messrs. Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Muthoni Kariuki, late of Embakasi West, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
