TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Geoffrey Nganga Mburu, of P.O. Box 14246- 00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Kinani, who died A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Beatrice Wairimu Gitiya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peter Gitiya Ngigi, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Njugua Mahugu, (2) Paul Kariuki Mahugu and (3) George Mahugu Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 50, Kinale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahugu Gatebe Njuguna, who died at Karati, on 4th February, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
