CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2018
By Rahab Wanjiru Ngethe, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peter Ngethe Kamau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By Beth Nieri Muiruri, of P.O. Box 31001- 00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kibiuka Kimani, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 21st September, 2021.

By Lucy Muthoni Kabagi, of P.O. Box 2056- 00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwaura Muiruri, who died at Nderi, on 9th November, 2025.

By (1) Jennifer Njeri Gitonga and (2) Ivy Wamucii Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 60635- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Morris Gitonga, who died at Thinguiga, on 12th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Njeri Kungu, (2) Charles Kimani Kungu and (3) Thomas Ikinya Kungu, all of P.O. Box 581- 00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kungu Kimani, who died at Meridian Equitor Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
