TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021
By (1) Mary Gathoni Ngui and (2) Sheila Mwongeli Ngui, both of P.O. Box 1396- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harris Ngui Musau, who died on 15th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024
By Hellen Ndunge Mutelei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mutelei Thyaka, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By Alice Akolo Ondeche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Adisa Mutava, who died on 28th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
