By Simon Mwashigandi Njonjo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njonjo Kiruku, who died at Ngong Rapha Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025
By (1) Benjamin Kokat Kuka, (2) Samuel Odupou Kuka and (3) Jacob Kipiko Kuka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kukaa ole Tirkolo Oldikir alias Kukaa ole Tirkolo Oloikir, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2018.

By (1) Solomon Ntini Oloishoura and (2) Reginah Titayio Loishura, the deceased’s son and spouse, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loishura ole Kuyoni Motonyi alias Loishura ole Kuyoni Motonyi, who died at Athi River Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
