CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Robert Kipkosgei Yego and (2) Benard Kibet Yego, both of P.O. Box 83- 40405, Kapcherop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Cherop Yego, who died at Chepkoielle, on 9th August, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By (1) Theresa Chebet Killing and (2) Edwin Cheloti Killing, both of P.O. Box 11- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Chesutek Killing, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 29th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By James Onyaini Elung’ata, of P.O. Box 340- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekia Elungata Okone, who died at Trans Nzoia, on 17th May, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
