TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024
By (1) Kilion Ogalo Olang and (2) Clement Ochieng Olang, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Olang Ogalo, who died on 4th November, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2025
By Kennedy Odeno Nyadimo, of P.O. Box 3330- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Alodi Michael, who died at Nightingale, on 27th November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Caroline Akinyi Ogony, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce Wagude Kisero, who died at Lower Osiri, on 1st January, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
