TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E342 OF 2025
By Micah Wabwire, of P.O. Box 177, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandera Ojiambo Tobi, who died at Township, on 18th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E429 OF 2025
By Kizito Mugenya Oemba, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odembo Okumu Okech, who died at Sikarira, on 15th March, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2025
By (1) Christine Auma Khalwani and (2) Samson Andera Owino, both of P.O. Box 4017, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Owino Ouma, who died on 12th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
