PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2025
By (1) John Kiragu Muchugi and (2) Robert Kairu Muchugi, both of P.O. Box 1584- 00900, Kiambu, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchugi Kiragu alias James Muchugi Kiragu Gatundu, who died at Muchatha, on 26th October, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Ann Wambui Njogu and (2) Christine Nduta Njogu, both of P.O. Box 6186- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Wambui Mungai, who died at Kiamumbi, on 3rd November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By (1) David Gachugu Githecha and (2) Peter Mwaura Githechah, both of P.O. Box 1584- 00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gotheca Githeca Gachugu alias George Gatheca Gacugu, who died at Githiga, Githunguri, on 11th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
