TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Maina Gichaga and (2) Jane Gathoni Gichaga, both of P.O. Box 2099- 20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Eunice Wangari Gichaga, who died at Ultra Care Specialist, on 20th December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Milcah Njeri Kamau, of P.O. Box 468- 20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gachau Kamau, who died at Gikambura, on 22nd November, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Joseph Karuno Wanuthu, of P.O. Box 1007- 20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Muthoni Wanuthu, who died at Mithiga, on 8th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
