TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2025
By Annrose Njoki Nderi, of P.O. Box 1221, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Genesioh Nderi Oscar alias Oscar Genesioh Nderi, who died at Kithimu, on 10th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Mary Wambeti Nyaga, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nyaga Kaweru alias Nyaga Kaweru, who died at Ena East, on 9th June, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
