TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2025
By M’Mubwika M’Mbiriti, of P.O. Box 149- 60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Birithi Thambaiya, who died at Kirindara Sub-location, on 28th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Purity Kendi Kainga, of P.O. Box 155, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kainga alias George Kainga M’Enambe, who died at Thitha, on 2nd August, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
