TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025
By Rosemary Wavinya Mutungi, of P.O. Box 5166- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Zakayo Mutungi alias Mutungi Richard Zakayo, who died at Manitoba, Canada, on 26th October, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2025
By (1) Monica Paul Muthoka and (2) Francis Mwania Muthoka, both of P.O. Box 108- 90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muthoka Mbole, who died at Kimutwa, on 27th January, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
