TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By (1) Musembei Mwanzia and (2) Mwema Mwanzia, both of P.O. Box 210- 90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndanu Mwanzia Kilembia alias Ndanu Mwanzia, who died at Kanzau, Kitui, on 3rd February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026
By (1) Edith Martha Mulei and (2) Mirriam Kathoki Mulei, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulei Wambua Ndui alias Mulei Wambua, who died at Ngiluni Location, on 18th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
