PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Nampaso Saitabau Alex and (2) Dominic Lepore Nampaso, both of P.O. Box 4- 20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Notarian Nampaso, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Kisaika ole Rorat, of P.O. Box 318- 20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evaline Nayianoi Rorat, who died at Empatipat, on 26th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
