TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Mary Adhiambo Otieno of P.O. Box 6- 40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Oduduho Obiero alias Paul Obudho Obiero, who died at Rera Sub-location, on 12th April, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Monica Achieng Arango and (2) Paul Ochieng Randiak, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Consolata Juma Arango, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Jacqueline Adhiambo Ogwel, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Collins Omondi Tuju, who died at Health Institution on 11th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
