CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2024
By Joyce Mbula Rutto, of P.O. Box 8450, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Mwakio Kirwa & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Rutto Rotich, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2023.

By Karanja Nicholus Mbugua, of P.O. Box 7623, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Guthaiya Kamanda, who died at Nairobi, on 17th January, 1996.

By Tingo Kamrei, of P.O. Box 432, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Cheptum Chelimo alias Chebet Cheptum, who died at Chepsigot Sub-location, on 18th July, 1994.

By Andrea Wemali Nalwa, of P.O. Box 46, Kipkaren River in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wemali Nalwa, who died at Chepsaita Sub-location, on 9th September, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
