By Nyabuchuki Omosa, of P.O. Box 35-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshiah Omosa Orangi alias Omosa Orangi alias Josiah Omosa Orangi, who died on 15th December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Nyarangi Ondura, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondora Oachi, who died on 18th August, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By Grace Kerubo Matianyi, of P.O. Box 2629-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Gichana Omaya, who died on 22nd August, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
