By Athanas Simiyu Musamabyi, of P.O. Box 62, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Musambai Bwoyi alias Musambai Bwoyi, who died at Kiliboti, on 19th February, 1997.
