TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2020
By Jane Mukabana Mbinji, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ageo Nashisi alias Angoya Nasitsi, who died at Emutsasa, on 28th March, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By Benard Philip Otieno Opiche, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Opiche, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th June, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Gideon Okachi Oumetre, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Matere Okachi alias John Oumetre, who died at Portreitz District Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Vincent Onyango and (2) Fredrick Otieno Owala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikael Okwalo Musewe alias Micael Okwalo, who died at Shibembe, on 16th August, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
