TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2025
By Kennedy Ochieng Otieno, of P.O. Box 6791- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Seda Otieno, who died on 21st December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025
By Joab Ochieng Awiti, of P.O. Box 49- 40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Awili Awili, who died at Kasule, on 29th April, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Wilson Onyango Owino, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Owino Nyambula, who died at Kasule, on 5th August, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Michael Sule Awili, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awili Obura Ombwayo alias Silvano Awili Obura, who died at Kasule, on 1st November, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Gilbert Babu Nashon, of P.O. Box 307, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Onyango Nunda, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 6th July, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
