TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023
By (1) Juliet Kilel, (2) James Chepkwony and (3) Alfred Chepkwony, all of P.O. Box 320, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Tapsagaa Chirchir alias Maria Tapsaga Chirchir, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025
By Philip Kiptonui Rono, of P.O. Box 287, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Simbolei Kilel alias Simbole Kilel, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 14th December, 2011.

Box 200, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimarusoi arap Kole alias Marugok arap Kole, who died at Kapsinendet, on 10th November, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By (1) Nelson Kimutai Ngeno and (2) Daniel Kipngetich, both of P.O. Box 596, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngenio arap Matui, who died at Kapkures, on 15th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
