By Gerald Murugu M’Ringera, of P.O. Box 703- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Nkirote M’Rimberia, who died at Nkando, on 21st December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Stephen Mugambi Maithulia, of P.O. Box 12- 60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald M’Maithulia M’Maingi who died at Ndombo, on 19th July, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Fredrick Murangiri, of P.O. Box 119- 60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mwirichia M’Munyua alias JacobM’Mwirichia M’Munyua, who died on 10th June, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
