PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025
By Aineah Sumbati Lubuliela, of P.O. Box 65, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Luvuliela Chiluka alias Luvuliela Cheluka, who died at Chesero Sub-location, on 27th September, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Jeliadh Muronji Makomeri and (2) Nechesa Rebbah Makomeri, both of P.O. Box 52, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Magomere, who died at Shivikhwa, on 10th July, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
